Customer service was horrible!! I asked the cashier for the lid to a 20 gallon trash can and she just stood there like she didn't know what to do. Then I ask her if she can find someone to go look for the lid. 3 people look for it. She comes back with a lid for a 30 gallon trash can and says - here this is close enough. I said no that won't work and she says - well we just don't have them then. Never found the lid. Went to murdocks instead. Cashier Agape.
Absolutely the worst management ever. I got a w-2 from them for a paycheck I never received. Then the paycheck comes after 3 phone calls to their store; IT WAS DATED A YEAR AGO SO IT WAS NO LONGER VALID. A month after this, and I am still waiting for this paycheck... 13 MONTHS LATER! You all suck!!!
The receiving manager (Ben) hates all early trucks
Once again, they don't care about people, just our money. So glad I don't shop there anymore.
I am giving them five stars because Home Depot is fading out the purchase of the plants pre-treated with neonics (yeeeees!!) This is what is killing the Honey Bees.
