I went to Bozeman Home Depot yesterday in search of a new oven range. I approached an employee in the department. She offered me assistance and then immediately answered her cell phone and took a PERSONAL call for the next 5 minutes. When she finished she strolled over to me and said "So you're looking for a stove?" No apology or explanation for taking a personal call over assisting me. I will never ever shop at a home depot again! We were just there and Maridith os the rudest employee i have ever met! We were standing in line waiting to be helped. She helled the person in front of us than just walk away for 5 min than comes back and ask the man behind us if how could she help him! Are you kidding me completely ignored us. I am closing my account today too!
No dryers in stock, nobody even asking if they could help. My dryer went out I was heading to Bozeman had this crazy idea i would just pick one up there along with my construction needs ,took me 15 minutes to even figure out there was nothing in stock and would need to be ordered. I walked out went to Lowes had a dryer pick out and paid for in 15 minutes . Home depot has always been my go to place but I will do my business at Lowes from now on. Your customer service is the worst I have just about ever experienced. You sold me a hot water heater with a large dent in it that was not revealed until the box was open. We had an electrician and a plumber standing there while I listened for over an hour to your recording of how important my call was. The only way I could get through was to talk to someone in any department they would answer and was connected then to a manager. This is the only place to get my digital back up key for my keyhero app! I love having a digital copy of my house keys just in case my kids lose thier keys I can go to Home Depot and make a copy without having the key with me. What a time saver!
Not very happy with customer service. Move in day for Montana State needed a few things. Asked for help and was told someone would be right with us, 15 min. later my husband had to go find some help. Not from the area but have always loved Home Depot's service not sure what happen here in Bozeman.
