If I could give negative stars I would. Bought my second lawnmower from home depot and it stopped working after 5 minutes. Called customer service asking if I could return it and they said yes bring it in. I came in and customer service acted like they have never dealt with a return before. Talked to TWO different managers and they were both very rude about saying they would not take it back. Instead they wanted to make me pay MORE MONEY to fix it.
