I went to purchase a door and was unsure as to what to purchase. I meet willie Saunders and he made my purchase so easy and uncomplicated. Finally someone with superb customer service. Don’t ever try becoming an employee here. Their management/scheduling staff is ridiculous, they don’t value their employees. My mom has put blood, sweat and tears into this company for over 20years and couldn’t even get a simple approval for requesting Mother’s Day off to spend with her family. What a great company 👏👎 Thanks a lot Home Depot! 🤬
I needed a piece of plywood cut and not only did Willie recommend the plywood he immediately got Julio over to cut this for me. Willie stayed with me until he knew that I was being taken care of. Thank you Willie and Julio! You are both amazing!!
No one would help. I wanted info on patio furniture. Everyone I asked said let me get someone that can help . So I did the next best thing, I walk out of there went to there competition Lowe’s we were helped write a away. Paid cash 💰 and got what I wanted.
Easy help on items that I needed
Sure if they give your military discount, I have it annotated on my Texas ID, it’s not like I wrote it, I have should the DMV my DD-214. But I still get question on my veteran status, I also like some of them when they say you have to be in front uniform, honey I don’t fit in mine that was over 15 years ago. But over all friendly staff and good pricing.
