I think Home Depot it's a good place to shop close to me they have everything that I need when I go in there very friendly employees you're quick with their service they're ordering your hospitality I just love it there and it's not because I'm an employee there way before I was an employee I was a customer and still am a customer I'm a self contracto Banda remodeling
We really enjoyed our visit yesterday...not only to buy things we needed but because of one special lady..Her name is Ruby and she was the greeter who was so sweet...you made our day and made us feel so welcomed ...prayers to a beautiful lady..hope to see her again....Home depot you did great hiring an employee such as Ruby...

They offer a military discount, but refuse to give it when you are paying. This is why I will keep going to Lowes.
Pro desks manager .sucks she thinks she owns the store
Customer service isn't what it's all hyped up to be .... I had to ask 5 different employees where the items were that I needed and they all gave me different answers. I gave up and was leaving and I was stopped on my way out and asked "If I found what I needed" . I very politely said NO!!! - she looked it up on her phone and sent me straight to where I needed to be. FYI =Home Depot .... train your employees before putting them on the floor
