Christina in the appliance department was very helpful and very patient!! I had lots of question and she did well in answering very knowledgeable 👍
I am VERY unhappy with the complete way I have been dealt with, All I did was go into Home depot to order cabinets and count tops and it has been HELL every since..rcvd cabinets on 5/30, 1 broke, 3 the wrong size, now mind you it was a special order, and was told it was my fault, have been waiting on a call back from the Corp office , nothing!! The service I have received is for a TV show, thinking about calling the News station and an Atty. I'm a very upset customer.
Wow! What a nightmare! I ordered a 15 drawer tool chest as a gift. Went to pick it up and it was completely assembled which made it very difficult to load. Poor customer service to help. Had to roll it right back into the store. Not a happy customer.
Zoila is the best she works hard everyday to get our orders in and I feel like I’m her only client the way she treats me with special attention!!! We love Home Depot!!!

Security needs to be beefed up. 410 location was robbed ands the guy had three boxes, dropped them at the door, picked them up and got away. If it hadn't been for the alarm we would not known what was happening
It’s absolutely horrifying. I honestly don’t think this store knows or comprehends anything related to customer service. The workers are so rude that they don’t want to talk to you and the managers are nowhere to be found. I literally waited 45 minutes to speak to someone so I could return something & another 30 minutes waiting for an associate to help me find something on a aisle. Not to mention that the store is extremely dirty and everything is missed placed!
