Our Home Depot water heater konked out, but was under warranty. We called Home Depot for a replacement, which cost us over $1300 in labor to install. Several acquaintances, who are plumbers, said they would have installed a new one for less. Really disappointed in the cost of your warrantied installation.
At Home Depot, 3 floor people ignored me waiting patiently while they took other rude customers who just HAD to have their questions answered while the CSR was helping someone else, one CSR heard me say excuse me, turned and smiled and one CSR didn't even ask, who was first. We've become a ME ME ME FIRST society and it needs to change. Even when I blatantly took pictures, all these people kept saying ME ME ME. No one would help us. Waited 30" and no one showed up... and that's AFTER 2 people said they'd help us. Bought the plants we had but ordered the BBQ from my phone at your store and drove to Camarillo store to pick it up. Terrible customer service. This is why so many of us order online and have it shipped. Too much chaos and terrible service.
