RecommendedTonight was an exceptional evening at the Newbury Park Home Depot. Our son was making his very first true cash purchase of tools. He and his dad researched what they needed online down to the row and bin number so we went right to it. The amazing part was the customer service. They were nearing closing time and we were looking to pay cash. While the self service lines are for cards only, an employee waved us over to another register where our son could pay with his cash. We are so frustrated with the countertops that we had installed from Home Depot and their subcontractor Block Tops. They cut the sink wrong for our quartz countertops and now that we want it fixed they WILL NOT return emails or phone calls at all. So unprofessional. I’m so disappointed in the service we’ve received from #homedepot and especially the service we received from this store. If you want new countertops, do yourself a favor. Don’t order from Home Depot👎🏼

Contractor exit is now self-serve. A store infamous for not properly bar cording stock now has 1 loan clerk to run around and try to sort out their messes. Cannot wait for the Lowes to open.
We bought a Kitchenaid double oven last month. After it was delivered, we discovered it was too large. We tried to exchange it and essentially were ignored by the sales rep, customer service, store manager, and corporate offices. We spent over $3,000 on the oven—and can’t sell it. We have been loyal customers since the store opened. We thought we could exchange it for another model, not return it, so their lack of customer service for an exchange retry clearly states what they'd do if it was an actual return.
