Excellent customer service from a lady named K.C. in the paint department. We had purchased a can of paint from the Merritt Island store and they gave us the wrong texture. We fully expected to have to pay for a new can. She switched it out for us without skipping a beat. She was extremely helpful. Explained everything so we would understand. No help from customer service in any of the departments I visited. I went online to Amazon, ordered what I needed and stuff arrived in 2 days. 2 people stationed at the register in garden center, no customers around and they pointed to a general area where I might find what I was looking for. Very disappointing.
Wow! I ordered a toilet to be picked up at the store, which was delayed. To make up for it, one of the managers, Aaron Kurth, came to work an hour early, and delivered to my home! Amazing. Also thanks to Brad who kept me posted and got the word out so this could happen.
The staff, employees and management always go the extra mile. Higly knowledgeable, friendly and customer service focused make shopping there a true pleasure.

And to the sales person at Returns today that had to deal with the rude nasty lady in the scooter today around 5:20, you handled yourself with grace. Don't let people like that ever get to you because nothing in life will make her happy.
Excellent service. Great selection of live trees. The garden department is beautiful. I think they have just about anything you could think of to trim a tree.
