Don’t go see Charlie in the paint department. He is rude arrogant and unhelpful. Because of him I doubt I’ll go back here for paint.

I'm not recommending you now!!shelter in place. your stores are packed with non-essential people not wearing gloves not wearing mask, you actually sold a customer a toilet, he went home botched it flooded his house call my company out and now you're putting my plumbers In Harm's Way..#stayhome
I ordered essential products for our water filtration system, along with a toilet seat. We are seniors and sheltering in place unable to venture out to pick up items during the lockdown. Home Depot charged a delivery fee on each item, which totaled more than the merchandise. Talk about price gouging. Be careful with HD. Not a good place to shop from home.
Need to stock better West Melbourne is better
They advertise as "friends to the military community" and offer a 10% discount on purchases to active and veterans. I have taken in my Veterans DOD card and the customer service rep didn't want to take it....when I started to walk out the door she finally gave me the military discount. A few months ago I didn't have my VA card yet, but I took in my DD214...and they refused it.....a DD214. Awful managers. 8 days waiting on items in store. The inventory count is wrong. It will “fix itself sir” 8 days later. Yea we don’t know how to order it and don’t really have any of the items. We just did inventory and the count will fix itself. We canceled your order”. Do not order anything from them. They are idiots. The managers don’t even know what they are doing. Awful customer service.
