I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer over 2 months ago for $1500. The first dryer was delivered broken and it took another month for a replacement to arrive. The 2nd dryer literally burned our clothing and Home Depot will not refund our purchase for the washer and dryer! They won’t even compensate us the the cost of the destroyed clothes! I give this store 0 stars. Stay away from the appliance department!!!

My Brother In Law ordered a customer cabinet for a bathroom for his house. It was supposed to be in on July 1, 2018 but here it is July 24th, there is no cabinet, they keep telling him that they don't know where it is and they can't track it. Can't track it...really. His bathroom is completely torn apart waiting for this and they will be living out of boxes in their bathroom without even a sink. Horrible Horrible customer service. I have only had good experiences at this store. we use it for all of our household needs. I bought a patio set and two weeks later when it went on sale, they refunded me almost $100 for the price difference. Their monthly Kids workshop is awesome, My grandson loves going and making cool things that he can bring home and show off.
The people at the Paint Desk are idiots. They don't know their colors and didn't offer to sell me any other paint supplies. As a former Home Depot employee in Seattle, this is shocking service and they were not busy at all. I had to go behind the counter to show the girl on the computer what color I wanted. And it was a Behr color!!
Horrible customer service from the woman at the desk- worse than I can describe. I went in for straps to tie my trees up in hopes of salvaging them after the storm and I was sent "outside" for twine. It wasn't there... I will never get past her dismissive attitude. AND they had only been open an hour so it was not busy.
