I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could!! I just bought my first house and I went in with a list of things I needed. Everywhere I turned a staff member was there to ask me if I needed any help finding what I needed. They had all the heavy stuff waiting up at the front counter for me and loaded all my stuff into my car when it was raining out. Great staff! Great prices! I live in DuBois and we have a Lowe's. Went for flooring for a full basement and their person who came out for measurements yo know how much flooring we would need and the saleswoman Tonya who would know from the measurements was way short on the amount of flooring needed and then blames this whole mess on my Grandson. I lost it with this woman that seems to think she is above being wrong and twist the the truth that this is all on her, I wouldn't take her advice to the bank because she is the fault of many trips and conversations that got heated over her not own... read more
The employees here seem like you are an inconvenience when asking questions and they aren't very knowledgeable about their products.
I went Black Friday shopping this morning with a friend and everyone treated us so well. We bought Christmas and an employee loade them on our cart after check-out another loaded them in our vehicle. Employees were smiling and very helpful. It was a great experience.

They need to have at least on cash register open. Self check out is not the way to go for some items.😡
Delivery of my new range between0930 and 1230. 110pm not yet. Here now and installed.
