Was given a delivery window of between 2:30 and 6:30 they called at 1:30 said they'd be here in 20 minutes. I was at the home within 15 they had already came and left calling my mom having an attitude saying they aren't waiting and hanging up on her. Followed the order tracker during the day also and according to it there was still two more stops before us. If your gonna be early atleast have the courtesy to wait a couple minutes and there was absolutely no reason to throw attitude at my mom and hang up on her. Even an apolo... read more

Visited the Home Depot in Altoona today. Only about half of the customers had masks on. Employees same. so nasty

Home Depot of Altoona is an exceptional store. The managers are outstanding. I had a problem with something that I had purchased I called the store and spoke to an employee and was told to email the manager which I did . The manager got back to me the very next day with a solution to the problem. You went above and beyond what I ever thought you would do I would recommend the store to anybody. I will continue to shop at Home Depot with Altoona just because of your customer service which is impeccable. 🙏.

Honor military discount. The last two trips we made they gave my husband his military discount. He went today and they wouldn't give it to him....what changed in 2 days?
I will never ever buy from home depo again. I bought a refrigerator and stove from them. The Refridgerator isnt working properly. I got the run around all day. finally got someone. I'm within my 48hrs of delivery so I'll get a new one. It is going to take 24-48hrs for a return call with a new delivery date. Meanwhile it's been a week already I'm without a refrigerator. They have done nothing to make this right. It's a 1200 dollar refrigerator. If this is customer service I will stick to Lowes
Did you know that at HOME DEPOT if you arent active military or retired with 30 years (with a card) you don't count as military or a veteran? No military discount for the veterans who spent say 20 or 25 years. Why call it a military discount if you pick and choose which veterans qualify. Shame on you!!! No wonder I shop at Lowe's. No wonder that yesterday the Lowe's parking lot was full and right across the way at HD there weren't more than 2 dozen cars and some of those belonged to employees.
