what they advertise online is not backed up in the store through their customer service or management team. Had to call corporate headquarters to file a complaint. won't ever bother again we'll just go straight to Lowe's
Not one customer associate in this store can provide even an OUNCE of customer service!! From the service desk for returns to those working self checkout - ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE experience! The associate (Tammy) who rolled her eyes at my husband when he presented her with his military ID ought to be FIRED. He served this GREAT COUNTRY and she acted like that?! Unacceptable and disrespectful. I left my items there I was going to purchase and left. I will buy elsewhere.
The associate that I worked with was nice. However I’m on a time frame to have floors put in. I go in the store , pay the fee to get an estimate, they make the appointment. A week later No one shows or calls. I go to the store, I speak to the manager, he assured me some one would come today, or the next day, and if not they would call for other arrangements. Nope no call. So now I go to Lowe’s. Very disappointed. 😕
We had a great experience with Gershon it the paint/stain dept. (Forgive me if I'm misspelling your name) He was very attentive to us and did not rush us, acted like we were the only customer in the store. He was very knowledgeable about the product we had questions about, and told us pros as well as cons. He smiled often and seemed genuinely happy to help us which sadly is a rare occurrence now in customer service!
