Their manager, Greg, needs to find another line of work. According to him, they lost ,sold, and destroyed the tub they were supposed to deliver to us. The story changed rapidly, showing that even his ability to lie was flawed. I am sure that there are good people working there. But when the management is untrainable, you have little chance of a resolution, if a problem arises. I would suggest Lowes, across the street.
This place stinks for compared to lowes. Some of the employees are rude especially in the lumber area. If I did not have to go here I wouldn't.
Forget about buying something off their website and have then pull it, for you to pick up at customer service. Yesterday morning I purchased a garden auger at 7AM and the website said I would get a notice within 3 hours to go pick it up. Well, 9 hours later I cancelled my order. I like the store but forget about using this pickup feature. Walmart’s pickup is great.
If I was able to give this store a "0 star" review I would. It's a shame that friends of mine, and family, we're nearly denied the veterans discount. I will spread this word around, and hopefully this place will lose as much business as possible. I bet the many illegal immigrants this place hires gets their employee discount, and benefits. Way to support America, and what we stand for. I mean that last sentence with as much sarcasm as humanly possible. I bought a bundle package in July 2015, In that bundle I got a Samsung drier and after four months it broke down. As of today December 31st 2015 i'm still fighting with Samsung about this problem. SO BE ALERT IF YOU BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT THEY DO NOT HAVE A SERVICE WORK IN OUR AREA TO COME FIX IT. After a month of bull shit Samsung tells me that they Do Not Have A Partnership with HOME DEPOT!!! So tell me HOME DEPOT how the hell can you sell their appliances in your store and not tell the customer this be... read more
