Kathy, Ashley in installations have been horrible for my parents to deal with. A month and a half after my parents buy granite and there is still no end in sight, they just want their granite installed. Talked to Bill(asst mgr) and Kathy yesterday and they assured me they would call my parents yesterday and that never happened. Horrible customer service from this store in Maryville, TN. Why is there not a zero star option...
