I went in to buy a stove that was showing they had available in store just to get there and be told it had to be ordered. I then start checking with other Home Depot's just to be told by an employee at one that appliances are considered "dead inventory" and are not kept in store. What's the point in considering yourself a home improvement store when you can help someone to improve their home when a person needs that appliance immediately and not a week later. I do have kids to feed.
Wont be shopping there anymore. Dont feel any custmer should have to pay a delivery fee for them getting an item from their warehouse and the customer picking it up at the store. Thank you Lowes for have the item and no delivery fees!!
It is always a plesent place to shop. I am an elderly female and don't always know what I need. Never mind where I might find it. They are so kind to help me. They don't just tell me where the item is...they escort me right to it. And, they do it with a smile. Thank for your kindness.
Another one of my favorite places......Plants....Flowers...trees..........yard décor.....not to say nothing about all the other things they stock...
Contractors think they own the loading dock at Home Depot.People can't get their items loaded and be on their way.We will not be back there anymore.Lowes does have a tow away zone at the loading dock.We will be going there from now on.
