Went into Home Depot for straw and went to the customer service desk and Karen went above and beyond to making sure I was a satisfied customer, very helpful very sweet, it makes a difference in your day when someone is willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. Thank you Karen!
our 50in heater was ready to pick up and when we got there they had lost it. no where to be found in the store. So now they are going to check the cameras to see where it went but I am highly pissed about this situation cause its already been paid for.
The staff is very helpful.
