I'm thinking about getting a lawyer .who's with me ???? I'm over home depot . we need to do this together people . I'm so tired off people not taking pride in there work . I ordered countertops and it took them four months to putt them in . not only that they messed up my stove .put holes in my walls . couldn't take off the tile of the old countertops .so we ended up taking it out ourselves with the help of my mom and daughter .75 years plus counting . them they won't even reimburse me ???? They have much better customer service than Lowe's and the assistant manager Jerry and store manager Scott are wonderful. They quickly resolved and issue we had and did it very professionally!
We had carpet installed by them. Romanoff Floor Covering was who they hired to do the job. LOTS of damage to all our baseboards, door frames, walls, door and furniture. Have tried working with both companies to get something done about the damages NO COOPERATION FROM EITHER COMPANY. Don't use them for flooring ever.
