Stopped there yesterday to get plants .My husband and I love HD.we live about 50 milas away we go often .He does eletric work and had to get supplies.��
I recently had to return a power tool and the manager helping me couldn't have been nicer. Josuae (hope I spelled that right) listened to me and worked to find a solution. I've been shopping at HD for several years and except for having a problem finding someone to help you at times, when you DO get them, they go out of their way. Good job, Josuae!
Compare to Lowes customer service wise a lot better . fast and friendly staff, very helpful you don't have to hunt for someone to help you like you do at Lowes. I rather shop at Home Depot if I find everything I need and not go anywhere else. I like the place. Awesome.
I had to walk thru half the store to find someone to wait on us & when we started telling them what we wanted they said, I'll be back in a minute. Fifteen minutes later they came back & finally helped us. When we got ready to have the things loaded it was a fiasco. The guy driving the forklift didn't have a clue of what he was doing. My son ended up loading most of the stuff so we could get out of there. We did complain to the assistant manager before we left. We don't plan on going back!
