Every time I’ve visited this location, everyone was always so polite and helpful.
My husband and I were in the Monroe, LA location yesterday. We were getting materials to build a deck. We were there around 2 hours loading up the materials and during this time only 1 guy helped us load up a few boards. We loaded up the other 200 by ourselves...fine, no biggie. I have had the worst service! I paid over $1200 for a washing machine and was encouraged by the salesman to buy the protection plan because he said that if there were any problems, they would come right out and fix it and if they could not fix it, they would replace it. I bought the plan. Of course when I have a problem with the washer, I cannot get any assistance. I have been waiting over eight weeks to get it repaired. I'm truly thankful for everyone who works at the Monroe Home Depot for keeping my son in their thoughts and prayers while he went through surgery last week. Thank you for the balloons and big blue care bear! His eyes were filled with joy!
I have to give this visit a 5, but previous visits a 4. Guess because of the season, they have more people working. Other times it's hard to get help in the Appliances Department. You need more than one associated at a time. This visit was great, associate was knowledgeable about the appliances offered and helped me find the one I wanted on the store web page because it wasn't in the store.
