I waited out in the truck while my husband ran inside and bought the drill he wanted. He said he would not be long, and he came right out. Was not long at all! Very happy.
Figuring out that it's better to shop at Menards because.. my mother who has physical ailments gave me her credit card to go purchase $200 worth of paint to paint her home for her and Home Depot would not let me use my mother's card with the exact same last name in their store. Schererville Indiana home Depot never again!
Flooring staff seemed annoyed by my question on how long something would take to order. Nothing was in stock, had no clue how long special order takes, all big mess. We will see how ordering goes with them.
I loved it. Bought a stove and fridge for a great price. Friendly service too.
Customer service really sucks. The ladies at the desk are the rudest of them all
If you want to beat your head against the wall in frustration, then pay to have someone from the schererville home depot come take measurements. Oh wait.... They never came. Actually, they never even called to schedule a time to come out. It's been a month! I've called countless times and just keep getting the run around. Looks like I'm a new lowes customer.
