Honestly. This is the THIRD time I have tried to order something free 'ship to store' that shows in stock. Then they cancel the order because they don't actually have it in stock and want to charge you an $79 delivery fee. Starting to feel like a scam HD.
I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I went in a to purchase a washing machine. Was given a delivery date. The next day I was called by the manufacturer and told my washer was on back order for 10 days. When I called the store they had no idea what was going on. It has taken multiple phone calls, being ignored by Dan the manager because I am a woman, dealing with Candace who promised to make it right, and now Les who refused to honor the compensation that the customer care line promised me. Shout out to Liam A. who did a fantastic job helping me in the blinds department. He was knowledge and very helpful. I initially went to another store that ended up taking over an hour to get assistance. Once I finally got help, I was told the blinds I selected could not be cut and they were out of the size I needed on the ones that could. Liam was able to do everything I needed and was out the door quickly and on my way. Every store needs multiple Liam's! If I could give them a zero i would. I’ve been waiting for my kitchen to be completed since October and they have come to fix things and continue to mess the order up. They send out contractors that have no idea what there assignment is. This company is a joke and everyone just gives keeps giving me the run around. Lost my business �
Attended the Children's Workshop where the kids built a Pencil Case. The staff are so nice and helpful. My Grandson loved it and can't wait for the next build.
