I purchase two appliances, gas range and refrigerators, I was scheduled a delivery date of Wednesday 07/29/2020. It is now September 9, 2020, I don't not have my appliances which was paid in full with some additional charge on the bill.
I thought ordering blinds from lowes was a nightmare. Home depot was worse! It took over 2 months to come in. We called constantly for updates and we're told something different. Every. Single. Time. We were given a total of 6 different delivery dates/status updates. My husband went into the store to pay for the blinds just to be told there was not design plan.... Stop the online orders. I purchased 10 bags of rubber mulch online to be picked up at the store. The website said they were IN STOCK. I went inside and got the ticket to take to the yard behind the store. Nobody was around. I couldn't find it. Finally found someone who told me they never did have it in stock. Waste of time. Also should try to keep up with missing stock. If they are reading this, you're out of exterior polyurethane.

I recently moved to the area and have always shopped at Home Depot, but this Home Depot is awful! The guys in the lumber department could careless to help you. They are not knowledgeable about anything! Go somewhere else where your business will be appreciated!
