I will NEVER use this home depot for carpet again. Ordered 7 day "express carpet" through them, we are on day 10 and the carpet still has not arrived to the warehouse for installation that was scheduled for today. Home Depot already messed up the measurement appointment which pushed us back another 3 days because they didn't process the payment properly in store. I have ordered a $700 alcove shower kit 36x60 on Oct 26th with delivery guaranteed between Nov 5-8. I called the 1-800 number today to ask about the shower as I have not heard anything. 1-800 states the shower kit was delivered 11-5 to the store. I have taken vacation and live with 3 people in a tiny bathroom situation now since we started demo on the big bathroom. Needless to say, Home Deport can not find the shower, states has not been delivered to the store, offering me a discount and to wait until Nov 20 for a re-deliver... read more
