I am one of a few early shoppers still can’t get any help
The return customer service employees at the Utica Location are rude and not friendly whatsoever. In my case Gary. I was returning a Ryobi battery tool kit purchased for $299.00. The circular saw when using it started to smoke. I was only sawing a deck board. ISo after trying it again the same thing. This was the only tool I used at that point. Would not recommend. We were suppose to to have a fridge delivered between 3-7pm. It is after 8:30 still not here. We bought an entire kitchen. Won’t be going there again
Its absurd to close the HD Stain/paint aisle- there is NO rational reason for it. The associate that helped couldn’t explain it either. OTHER THAN PURE ABSURDITY
USE FED EX FOR DELIVERIES UPS IS HORRIBLE .UPS CUTS YOU A BETTER DEAL FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE. GOING TO BUY FROM MANUFACTURER DIRECT . I WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE AND EFFICIENCY
