Fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The clerk helping us was Ron. He knew exactly the key important points of the washer and dryers. Took great care of us. Definitely will be going back to him for all our apliance needs.
Rich, Russ and Joe saved the day for me. They figured out exactly which part I needed and gave me great advice on how to fix my kitchen sink! (Much more helpful and knowledgeable than other hardware stores, including another Home Depot, by far)
Awful service....got handed off from one department to the next with with no-one willing to looking into items I needed. Dave was the saving grace only to tell me the doscontinued the fence parts I needed last season after I bought only a few parts.
Horrible service from Pro referral, no response from numerous staff and contractors after phone calls. Would not recommend this store.
We usually go to the Macomb Home Depot for the children's workshop. This Saturday we went to the Utica store to meet my mom and sister (it's halfway between us.) The people are SO much friendlier at the Utica store. The woman working the children's workshop was friendly and actually talked to us. Unlike the Macomb store where they avoid talking to the customers in favor of other workers.
