Was shocked. Went on a Sunday afternoon. They were re-stocking shelves in the paint deparment and empty boxes were all over the aisle. It made it hard to get down them.
Nothing but issues between broken merchandise, rude associates, broken commitments, cancel special orders without telling customer, not refunding correct amount on returns, taking 3 deliveries to get merchandise ordered because they only brought half the first time, broke vanity the second trip. Definitely not worth spending your hard earned money!!!

I don't understand why you were trashing tens of live Christmas trees on Thursday, four days before Christmas, but I'll still count it as a blessing that I arrived in time to pick up one for free. I and my grandchildren thank you.
This used to be our Go-To home improvement store BUT We will NEVER EVER patronize this store again! Horrible customer service AND THEY LIED TO US! Unbelievable!!! Getting by our money back and heading to Lowe’s ASAP!!!
