home depot doesn't need to make promises they can't keep . I swear no one in that store can tell the truth and the manager is rude and his answer was oh well! looks like lowes is my go to store from now on and ill put my home depot card in the shedder !
Hispanic Lady with the sleeve tattoo in the paint department had an extremely rude attitude with me. I let it go until she aggressively looked at another customer and goes”Why are you looking at me like that huh?” I spoke to the department manager who said she would handle it. There were so many employees not wear a mask when we're going through a mandatory mask wear and they let customers going there with no mask like that is pathetic they should be ashamed
The employees at Home Depot are not requiring any mask wearing by employees, beware!
Went to the Home Depot this weekend and none of the staff were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. On several occasions while in the store staff approached us and was much closer than the recommended six feet distance. This is so frustrating as I used to like this store but now cannot shop there.

Went to Home Depot earlier today and got grossly overcharged for just about every item we purchased, I mean over charged by $109. After going to customer service and spending about a half hour there we got a little over $80 back. I’m putting this on here so people know to check their receipts.
Apparently 4 staff at Largo Home Depot cannot find an item that is listed on your website as in-stock- with a quantity of 58 available - for almost an hour. Had to go to Lowe’s. In addition, you call the store only to get transferred to another department and put on indefinite hold. I will never shop at this Home Depot again. Back when I lived in MD I never once had a problem with the store. Either lack of leadership, non-caring or incompetent employees, or both.
Bought carpet from this Home Depot. It was a miserable experience. The carpet was not installed in under 7 days. which they said it would be and the installers where very aggressive and yelled at me. Terrible. Do not plan on going back, will drive out of my way to get to Lowe's.
