Great place to work and shop
Returned everything they sold for my dehumidifier to drain it continuously. Wrong sizes. Then went to get the correct ones and employee was paged for my isle then another customer on next aisle had employee paged twice. No one ever showed up to help either of us. So got back in customer service line to return rest of stuff My time is valuable also. Two trips and can’t get waited on. So I went to Ace hardware where they hire employees that know something. Today an employee ( female ) didn’t get her name & I wish I did standing around the self check out my mom & I didn’t want self check out but kind a forceful on us but then wanted to argue with the customers about how self check out was better & her tone of voice was disgusting . Kept shaking her head & telling us no this & no that . This is why I ALWAYS go to Lowe’s their customer service is 100 times better . & honestly I have no problem going back up there at any given time to point the employee out ! Do not buy a Christmas tree from them. I brought mine on black Friday(2 days ago). The needles are already falling off and the tree is in water. I will never buy a tree from them again. We will go back to Lowe's next year!
