Sales associates are extremely helpful, asking if they can assist without having to be chased down. I stopped an associate today and asked a question about recessed lighting. He stopped and explained several items, even taking one out of the box to show me how easy it was to install. Very helpful and patient although he was accompanied by another gentleman and they were obviously enroute to somewhere in the rear of the store.
