Purchased a fridge three weeks ago from this location that is now $800 cheaper. They will not do a price adjustment and tell us the only way to get the difference is to return the fridge to the store and buy it new again. Terrible customer service.
This is the absolute worst Home Depot I have EVER been in! Definitely won't be shopping there again!
The kids workshop was very well organized and fun! The staff was in a great mood and happy to help!!
They never have enough cashiers Went yesterday and one cashier was all they had. They want you to hunt for everything you need. Are listen to how they'll help you but they're fixing to get off and they really are not supposed to be working overtime!!
There seems to be a lack of caring at this store. Was upset about the fact they sell plants with neonicotinoids which is a know killer of bees.
Always helpful n courteous. Rodger in pipe helped get us all fixed up, we are hoping to get propane hooked up, he made sure we had it all correct. Can't thank him enough for his help n knowledge of how it should be hooked up. Feeling confident we can do this.
The worst one I've been to. Staff was slow and not helpful. Tomball 249 store is so much better.
