I've been calling for days to try to speak to someone in customer service, a manager, somebody. I've called early in the morning, right before closing and still nothing but SUPER LOUD music saying someone will be right with you.
Been spending money here for 7 years. Not anymore, I will be spending 90 percent of our money at Lowe's from now on.
I sat on the phone for almost 15 minutes just waiting to get off of that loud, blasting, music....it was so loud I had to put my phone down and turn it all the way down. Please fix that! I also didn’t appreciate that I sat on hold for 14:25 minutes before I was transferred to the seasonal department, then back to the desk....waiting again....then to appliance where finally I spoke to a man named loni that was able to help me! It is ridiculous that I had to sit there that long on hold with that god awful music!
