Every time I come here I end up having to go somewhere else to get what I want. Don’t expect any service at this store. These people tell me they have 17 20’ inflatable Santa Claus in stock, but they would rather tell me to drive to another Home Depot location where they have 15 instead of looking for them. Yeah I’ll drive straight to Lowe’s. What a joke.
We got to Home Depot at 2:30. Looked for what we need, and couldn’t find it. So, finally after calling for assistance multiple times, having 2 people from 2 different departments try to help us...we went to community hardware. Here is what makes the entire situation worse...there were about 8 other customers, in plumbing, that needed assistance! We left Home Depot at 3:15, along with a couple of other customers. Exactly two minutes after entering Home Depot, I am again reminded of why I usually drive right by and go to Lowe’s. All I needed is two 1X4s cut to length. After asking an associate for assistance, I was told to wait by the saw and he would get to me when he could. I spent 26 years in the US Army and God knows I do not mind waiting, all I ask for in this world is to be talked to with a single ounce of respect. I cannot stand to be talked down to! Brought my new Buddy shopping 🛒
The only thing that drives us crazy is all the products they put in the middle of the main isles. It makes it so difficult to get around the store especially if you have more than just a shopping cart.
Great customer service and friendly employees.
The last time I went here I had about 2 grand of material, and was trying to buy a zero turn mower. Girl at customer service was so rude, I just left everything on the cart, and went to Lowe’s. I am now a Blue store person. Lowe’s actually called me to see how I liked the storage building I bought from them.
