I drove 1 1/2 hours one way today to Home Depot in Porter, our local Home Depot was out of the flooring I needed. I placed the order online last night and did curbside pick up. When I arrived I followed the directions and was told my order was cancelled due to a glitch in their computer. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I finally received my order. What I didn’t understand was if it was cancelled and I received a refund then just charge me again!!
So wrong. Home Depot curbside pickup is worthless. In addition to taking forever, the sales associate (1) did not wear a mask and (2) got within a foot of us when asking the order number. Businesses like this are why we may need another quarantine soon.

Your store doesn’t honor commitments. You failed to deliver a cabinet and took the money you won’t return. This is wrong and no better than theft
