ZERO stars. I will never return or recommend. Just when I thought the last experience could not be topped, I was sadly mistaken. I spoke w a rep about a preassembled grill. He said if it didn't fit in my cargo area, they could take off a panel. I asked to measure the area. I called Home Depot Sunday night to get an immediate installation of a new water heater as mine leaked. I was told they would install on Monday so I took the day off of work. At around 11 am, the installer called to inform me that they could not make it due tot he storm but would be there Wednesday for sure and they will call me Tuesday night to confirm. I need pipes cut and threaded and i have now been waiting 45 minutes minutes. I had the paint department page someone for me and when he came a contractor jumped in front of me with 15 pipes to be cut and threaded. This contractor was not even in the aisle waiting she just walked up just as the guy was asking me what i needed done. I tried to say something to the employee but he continued to help her. I just need one pipe cut and threaded 3 times! I miss Lowe's. It's totally worth the extra 20 minutes in the car to go there.
