Garden Center at 1:00 on Saturday...don't bother. No carts, no help, no parking, no unripped bags of dirt. Would have gone to Walmart or Lowes, but had gift cards to use. They really need to beef up the way the garden center works. Move it all to the roof maybe. Ended up going to Fairfield and was in/out in no time. Also, realized that is a much nicer store....will be going there to use the rest of the gift cards.
I call my second house. The employees are very helpful like Marisol at the paint department, Jean at the kitchen cabinets and other ones that I don't remember their names. This is at the Norwalk store but I also have a good experience with the Stratford and Fairfield store.
Was there for an interview very nice and respectable people
Bought a washer dryer and dishwasher Nov 30. They took old but working Machines away delivered a dryer that doesn't work. Long story short Home Depot drops the ball, replacement not till January 6th. What the heck I can't do laundry. Many phone calls and extremely long holds with Samsung and their delivery agent I am promised a machine 12/23. Also not true. I took work off for the delivery. Home Depot no help at all. I will never shop there again and will always tell people to go elsewhere.
I as strolling the isles found everything no problems, a few great deals. A Home Depot employee asked me if I needed any help without even asking for. The cashier was nice and efficient as well.
Home Depot donated items to my classroom, and I cannot be more grateful. In addition, the staff at Home Depot in Norwalk was phenomenal in helping me find the items I needed! Great customer service.
The managers suck and have no respect for anyone
I go there because I have no choice until now. Hello Lowes. I feel that when you go to Home Depot there is not enough help on the floor and if you are lucky enough to find somebody they either speak very poor English or don't know what you are talking about. These employees are part timers who don't really care because it's not their career.
