Bought my milwaukee fuel combo there. The milwaukee rep was helpful but I feel the store is a bit a mess and cluttered. Would be nice to clean up displays. I also feel the staff could be a bit more helpful. Not many want to help or just walk past you. Would also like to see more made in usa items from husky.
Do not purchase a GE product from them. GE outsources their delivery and installation. The company did not haul away my old fridge (even though I paid for them too) because they said their truck was full. They also cannot walk into the basement to turn on and off the water shut off valve per company policy. I basically installed it myself. And now I have an old fridge sitting in my driveway. Worst service ever.
I was supposed to have a windows installation appointment at 8AM installer never showed! Shopper beware, employee did not enter appointment correctly, consumer care rep keeps trying to get a ahold of manager at Store and manager won’t call back, horrible experience. Is it really this hard to spend money and get windows installed at Home Depot?
Low Price Guarantee ???????.... This is a trap, they just want to match their prices with big companies, but not with small companies .... and in the market, small companies have better prices, this is a scam.
