Just lost 45 minutes of my life that I can not get back due to your very poor customer service - you all lost my $4000 carpet order and I watched three other customers walk out in frustration that no one could help us - I even asked at the customer service desk. It will a long time before I come back - plenty of other stores that would happily take my business.
Thanks to your manager for not allowing us to leave a missing person's flyer. Every single business that we went to people have taken the flyer and even offered a prayer or a good luck. My husband is a frequent home depot shopper, but I don't support stores who are greedy and all for profit, but you aren't willing to help your own community by sharing a flyer! Thank you.
