Had carpet installed in April 2019. Within 60 days, the carpet fibers started coming loose. Took until August to get the issue resolved with Home Depot. They had the carpet replaced, but left the padding from where it was installed in April. Now the carpet has a crunching noise every time you walk on it. Reported this within 5 days after it was installed and have yet to get the matter resolved. I finally had enough and requested a full refund. My wife placed a custom order for a door. She was suppose to work at home so the privacy was very important. The door was ordered in June. The wrong door was ordered twice. 5 months of waiting. Taking time off work waiting for installation. And all Home Depot on Buford HWy in Lawrenceville Georgia could offer me is a 400 voucher. It’s an insult.
