Excellent customer services provided. Every time I go to the store is the same service and yesterday the staff was amazing over exceeded our expectations, took about 4 hours for us to decided and make a purchase and the sales person never got upset or irritated because we were taking our time. Bunch of laziest employees here. Bought a dining set for the yard and the box was open. We asked for tape and she “couldn’t find” hers. She said we didn’t really need tape. She just didn’t want to look. Employee who checks the receipts for mulch pick up, just SAT there and didn’t bother to help us load. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different Home Depot store. Employees here are inconvenienced by helping the very customers that help keep them in business.
Love to hangout at Home Depot. Prices are competitive and they have most of the items I need for my DIY projects. I especially like the Tools, Electrical, Plumbing, Lumber and Gardening sections.

My mom left her phone at Home Depot. They found it and called us in Niagara Falls, NY because we were the numbers in her phone. My brother talked to Don. We are so appreciative to Don and all the workers for their integrity and hard work to get her phone back to her. We sometimes worry about our mom being so far away-across the country- but Don, you have helped ease our minds a little more! Much respect and admiration!
