Three Strikes. You're out. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Everything has gone wrong: from not having my LVL beams delivered as promised resulting in me having to rent a trailer and pick them up myself on a Sunday to horrible customer service. Went into Home Depot Lima Road Fort Wayne last night with hubby to look at new riding mowers. Imagine my amazement going in 10 minutes before while hubby was outside looking at some. He walks in to the opposite end of the mowers, looking at first one and immediately 3 men rushed over to him. In that time, not a single one came over to see did I need help, did I have any questions etc. Ten minutes and no help yet he walks in and all over him. I feel sorry for your employees. There are not enough employees to take care of your customers. We asked for help and help never came, fortunately we were able to find what we wanted. Take care of your employees!!!!
