Train your installers. I had a stove ordered the first time they tried to deliver they forgot the cord we paid for. The 2nd time they did not bring the stove but brought the cord. The 3rd attempt the stove did not fit, however the installers said the plastice shipping protectors did not come off and that the legs did not adjust. They left we removed the plastice shipping protectors, (which were white on the black stove), adjusted the legs and pushed it into place.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher (over $600) got it home, went to install it - none of the paperwork or electrical was included AND there was water in the drain line (it had been USED). Absolutely no help from HD - a nice salesperson (NOT the TWIT we purchased from) has been trying but to no avail. No wonder they are down to only one store in Fort Wayne.

I was at the Home Depot store on Lima rd in Fort Wayne, IN yesterday. Took this picture of tree I wanted. Thought I would go today to local store in Auburn,In and take my husband for his military discount. At this store there was no sale price tag of 99.00 on the same tree. So had them call Fort Wayne store and they said that there was no tag on theirs either. Well I beg to differ. Just took this pic. So someone was lying and they would not honor. If anyone is looking for flooring, go elsewhere. We’ve had the worst experience with Home Depot on Lima Rd. We picked out our flooring in April and purchased it May 18th. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered to the store on Memorial Day. Memorial Day came and went without any call/update from HD. So awsum Home Depot offers home and fire safety event for the community! We help educate children and adults about safety in the home, lead poisoning, immunization. We teach them not to be afraid of our local police officers and fire departments by familiarizing themselves with the officers and the units they drive! The children loved it! Many of the adults as well! Home Depot rocks!

Louise in flooring has completely botched our floor install. They were at my house installing and she told them to leave. Didn't read floor instructions kept telling us it had to be acclimated for 72 hours however product instructions stated otherwise. We now have our entire house torn up with no floors and they can't come back until next week. Management doesn't seem to care either. Over 5 grand spent to be treated like crap. Don't hire them.

Went to pick up an online order tonight, but it took a little while to get the order down—even though it was a large order and I wasn’t bothered by waiting 10 to 20 mins for this, the customer service team was really nice and apologetic for the wait—an employee named Amy even offered me a free pop for having to sit and wait..the smallest gesture like that went a long way, and I really appreciated it!
