Generally I don’t expect much service or knowledge anywhere... Tonight I had excellent service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The guy working in flooring demonstrated how to assemble the planks I was buying, and helped me get everything I needed. On my second visit tonight, the self checkout lady told me the plywood I had was marked as damaged and asked if I wanted undamaged or my wood for 70% off. Very pleased with both trips here today. Thank you.
In and out of Home depot, Menards and Lowes 2 Or 3 times a day ! Always have found home depot to have the best customer service !
I've been to home Depot a lot over the summer. I always get great customer service from everybody. My husband and I have been helped on a couple occasions by the same guy. I don't know where my receipt is at the moment to leave him a review so I thought I'd hop on here to do it. Conrad helped us with plumbing and once again in finding an appliance. He was such a help and very kind along with everybody else who helped me over the summer. Keep up the amazing customer service and thank you!
Rude rude rude. Not my job to chase down a manager because you don't know your job! Spent 30 mintues to find out nobody knows anything. Oohhhh but if I get a credit card they can help with that. Never again

This place needs to be called the Find it and Do it yourself store. I asked customerservice if they had a tie out stake/ chain for my dog. He said aisle 15. Go to aisle 15 & whatever chain I want needs cut. So don't you think Mr Customerservice would've used that handy dandy walkie talkie to have someone cut said chain for me?!?! So I wait for Ed & meanwhile 3 associates walk by & say nothing to me. Ed makes his way over and tells them they will help. So Ed shows the guy how to measure out the chain (not kidding) then shows ... read more
