Terrible costumer service. We went yesterday to purchase a new grill. We had to ask for help twice at the costumer service desk before a sales rep came to help us (all we needed was a price on a particular grill because it wasn't marked). We were finally helped and decided to purchase the grill (it was cheaper than the same grill at lowes). The sales guy asked if we needed help loading it into the truck, in which we said yes. When we bought our house the title company wrote Home Depot a check to pay off our credit card. They cashed the check, but never applied it to our credit card balance. Now they are still charging us late fees. They have it in the "dispute department". THEY CASHED THE CHECK!
Do Not have Home Depot install any flooring they don't back there work so now I am replacing my floor after having them install it incorrectly so thousands of dollars wasted 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Really disappointed that we drove an hour and a half round trip only to find the store was closed. The hours on the website AND the phone said you would be open until 8. Really didn’t want to order from amazon, but I won’t have time to make another trip all the way to your store again for a while.... nor will I want to without knowing if you will even be open or not.
This store has succumbed to the ridiculous group-hysteria of enforcing “social distancing policies” limiting the number of people who can be in the store, you have to get a cart, stand on the tape marks, blah, blah.... These measures are NOT evidence-based, and I will not shop at any store that makes me jump through hoops to give them my money!
quit selling junk that doesn't last. bought a garden hose sprayer lasted two times don't buy it. It's junk. junk the bottom fell off overprice junk.
I have never been treated more rudely by a customer service rep than I have today. She was yelling at me and would not kept repeating the same question when I asked for a manager she said she will not be talked to that way and hung up on me. I have spent 3 hours now trying to figure out what to do with a package that was delivered to the wrong address.
We were supposed to have our countertops measured Tuesday, they called yesterday and pushed back the measurements THREE WEEKS and we won't get them installed for three weeks after that. we've already waited 4 weeks since they were booked out so far, not to mention no one calls us back at the scheduler hotline located in Michigan. I am usually a very patient person but this is ridiculous.
