After many stores searching for the perfect tile combination of grey and white, Tess was the most helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure Dothan Alabama has everything we need so we don't have to transport our merchandise to the panhandle for our bathroom remodel. Definitely not veteran friendly would not give 10% discount when I showed them my VA ID card went to Lowe's they gave me the veteran discount Home Depot will lose a lot from this

I remember when this place first open. Service is a far cry from what it used to be. Heck, it's worst than it was three (3) years ago. I had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to cut a small wooden board for me. But the worst part about my visit was seeing only two cashiers open. That was ridiculous.
Worst place to shop EVER!! After I spent 2hrs finding everything I needed for my bathroom remodel I was rung up for almost $800. Then when i paid I was told I would have to go up front. They voided my ticket but my money wouldn't be put back on my cards until 8 days later. So I can't even go to another store for my things and I had the contractor waiting at my home. they couldn't ring me out so I wasted my time. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!!!

This place sucks, people are rude, lazy and cant do their job...parking that is a total joke... traler parking no there is nothing but cars... loading zone. No parking.. what do yall do.. instead of having it 2 pull thru lanes you make it to a parking lot... employees cant tell the people to move... might hurt someone feelings.. while there are people loading up their trailers in the PARKING LOT!!!! IN THE SUN!!! Priorities are messed up
