We went in to buy a dishwasher with installation, but since the appliance guy wouldn't get out of his seat at his desk, we spent the thousand at Lowe's instead.
This is the second online order I have placed. At least 2 weeks until it is received. Coming from Ga, and I live in FL. This time we tracked it from the time it left Locust Grove, on 3/25 until it was supposed to arrive 4/3. Called the store and was told it might be on the night truck. Tonight, 4/5, I call the Regency Store in Jacksonville, Florida and was “helped” by a rude lady. She told me I had to call online services. Called them to find out the time never left. This location really need to work on customer service. It’s like there is never anyone on the floor to help . Your store gives the impression you don’t want to do business. Also you need to hire ppl that is at least knowledgeable about the different items you sell. There was no one in the store that could help us in purchasing a water heater. This is not the first time Home Depot. Your customer service need improving . Wouldn’t be surprised if you all are slated to close down.
floor people have been replaced with contractors. the floor people are no longer knowledgeable In a field like it used to be. if you don't know exactly what you want or need, and exactly where it is located, then go some place else.

Just so yall know home depot refused to take back my Portable Generator within the 30 days of purchase because it had gas in it. That is not in the policy, they are to take back any Portable Generator within the 30 days of purchase with gas or no gas!! The stores customer service was horrible and rude, Tammie !!
