Very rude customer service staff member at desk. Addressed my issue with the "manager" and was made a mockery of. Definitely lost my business!

This store has been my store for ever since it moved here from Atlantic Blvd....but as a contractor I've probably spent a half a million dollars there, and I have had constant long waits in the lines at the pro checkout....the people there at the pro desk works thier butts off....all two of them.....when there will be ten to twenty waiting.. I've known several contractors that have moved on to other suppliers......the manager....Scott has his hands tied on this matter...he's also a good manager, and person.and can only do so... read more

Bought my first washer and dryer yesterday experience was easy and fun. I adulted! Mine you I did go out Lowe's first was in the appliance department for 20 minutes no one even spoke to me as a manager of a business myself customer service is everything!

Just went to the local Home Depot store around the corner for some parts for Sprinkler System and some T&G boards for Patio and was told the 10% off for Military is now only for certain products. Wood and plumbing items are among those discounted! Looks like this 30 year Navy Veteran will have to start buying at LOWES for my home repairs. GOOD BYE HOME DEPOT.
This place is ridiculous. They are so unprofessional. We ordered flooring and paid for it and it has been delivered and they have taken so long to have anyone contact us to schedule our date for installation. Mind you, this entire process has been ordered on the 6th and it is taking them this long to complete the job. Anytime I call to find out information, the employee that I speak with sounds like they have no idea what is going on and I always get the run around. I will not be doing business with this location again.
