We just got our carpet replaced and I cannot talk highly enough about the staff and everyone involved. The people who helped set everything up, measured, and installed were all phenomenal. I’d highly recommend using them for flooring!!!
Never Never again... Make sure you always check your receipt. The sticker price and the price on your receipt isn't always the same. So disappointing...
Lynn in the appliance department went above and beyond to help us with an online order issue that was poorly handled by online customer service. She did not stop until we were satisfied with the result and did everything she could to make it right. If you need any appliances go see Lynn at the Saint Charles Home Depot!
