Don’t use the Home Depot off Mexico rd in St CHARLES. They are horribly slow at helping people. And when you do get them they are rude.

We probably should owe stock in the company since we use it to so much. Helpful and friendly staff will help u with any project. Plus great flowers and garden center in the spring and summer.
I love going anywhere that allows the furry family members to tag along. one of our favorite places.
Disclaimer: I am now an associate at this Home Depot. However, before I started working here I was a customer. And, I was a customer at this store because I could always find someone to help me. Now as a HD Team Member I do my best to also provide excellent customer service.
We just got our carpet replaced and I cannot talk highly enough about the staff and everyone involved. The people who helped set everything up, measured, and installed were all phenomenal. I’d highly recommend using them for flooring!!!
